RETURNS

In order for us to offer the best service possible, we kindly ask you to notify us through our online contact form should you wish to return and refund any purchased item(s). Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

 

For customers residing in Germany, returns are free provided the item(s) worth is/are greater than €40.00 EUR. Regrettably, customers outside Germany are to bear the costs incurred when returning an item. REAL PASSIONATES cannot accept responsibility or compensate such costs.

Returns will only be accepted provided all items in question are returned in new, unused condition. Used items will not be accepted. The return of defected items will only be accepted if the item(s) was/were faulty upon receipt. The final decision will ultimately be decided by a member of our team.

Please note, refunds to Debit/Credit Cards normally clear within 2 weeks. Refunds to PayPal can take up to 30 days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations.

International delivery?

All orders are shipped by DHL/Hermes with tracking code.

EU COUNTRIES

Standard: 3–5 days | € 14.00

NON-EU COUNTRIES

Standard: 3–7 days | € 29.00

 

 

How do I return an item?

 

Please only return your items if they are not used and not opened. In case you want to return your order please send it back within 14 days of receiving.

How do I track my order?

 

The Orders are shipped by DHL/Hermes with a tracking code.

 

 

What are your delivery options?

 

The orders are delivered with DHL/Hermes, but you also have the possiblity to come to the showroom in Munich and pick up your order.
